Fun

Very funny ans attractives songs

Half way to be great !

Finally, Jubeat is out on the european AppStore ! But what a shame that the japanese version have more than 20 packs where here we have only a few ones, with crappy songs BTW ! So please Konami, if you want the 5 star comment that this game really deserve , we want more japanese songs ! You give us a japanese concept ( wich is awesome as usual ) but with " european sounds " in it ... Which is not really smart because only european gamers that are fan of japanese games will buy songpack ... And we, european gamer, also like japanese music. The game is exactly like the japanese version , and is still one of the greatest game on the iPad !!

Good

More free remix!!

No japanese pop music

Great game but very bad because there are not japanese pop music. Only video game music or english music.

Instant addiction!

Omg, this game is sooo frickin cool! A MUST for any rhythm game fan out there (like me!). Its very challenging and addictive. And, IMO, its the best one to test your reflexes, your speed. The sons are very catchy, especially the J-Pop ones, which are my fav ones. :D Go ahead and get this amazing game, you wont regret any amount you may (probably will) spend on music packs. ;D

Really fun

Ive been waiting for this game to come to north America :)

Cool

Thank you for bringing jukebeat to North America!!! I think they should add a Beginner mode for newbies like me of course!

Overpriced

Fun, but song packs are 4$ for 4-5 songs. Sorry but that is ridiculous.

So hard

This game is the best rhythm game Ive ever played. The difficulty requires spider hands and the song packs are a lil overpriced, but its still great and get it while its FREE

expensive song packs

4 songs for $4. way too expensive.

I would give three and a half.

I enjoy Jukebeat a bit roo much than I think I should. There needs to be more songs to be boughr. The selection is quite lacking as of yet, and I really find it lame that you cant buy songs one by one :( I really hate buying songs pack for 4$ when I only want one song. Still waiting for Jukebeat arcade machines in Eastern Canada.

Addiction and friends agree!

First and far most for those who are complaining that the song packs are too expensive, just keep in mind that downloadable content on the Dj hero games for the consoles were $7.99 for 3 songs, and the Japanese version of jukebeat is $4.99 for 4 songs, (imagine buying a japanese iTunes card, how expensive that is.) and that version has well over 100 songs! The game is great, Im really happy to have a local version of this game! I understand the game is new here and there isnt many song packs so Im not going to complain at the lack of songs, hopefully we will get to play song great. American licensed songs that were on the N.A licensed arcade jubeat! I also really hope you keep the diversity of the music selection like jubeat plus, thats what made the game awesome For the past few weeks I have gone to anime gatherings and "publicized" the game and for the first time Ive had a lot of friends and people I dont know give great feedback of jukebeat, I had comments like "its hard, but fun!" a few of them who had the their idevices downloaded jukebeat on the spot. So that is a great sign of a great game! The reason why I gave 4 out of 5 stars is because of the lack of songs, compared to jubeat plus which has 151+ songs, which I know this app just came out here, but there are a lot of great "konami packs" that can be ported on this version from the Japanese jubeat plus! What are you guys waiting for? Also for those new to the game and think the markers are too fast... Try using different markers! (just a little guide for better gameplay, my treat XD!) I really hope this game becomes successful like its big brother jubeat plus! And we get to see over 100 songs with great American licenses! (if you Can find away to have cheaper prices for those who cant afford, that be great, but getting license for certain songs is expensive, thats why I dont mind paying $4.99. If that means having awesome artistes like "Martin solveig" or "David guetta" in future song packs (HINT HINT KONAMI!! ;))

Best music game with no real flaws

The title says it all, best music game with no real flaws. What i mean by this is that there is ton of song that should be become available in the future , songs only needs to be purchased once, and song are actually good. The only problem I can think of is that I maybe hard for new player? Maybe?

Needs more songs!

Jubeat is awesome. We have a machine here in Vancouver, BUT the complete lack of multiplayer and Konami card unlock leaves us with very limited selection of songs. It is INSANELY GREAT to see Konami finally bringing this game to North American market -- although under a different name... Whatever happened to Ubeat? I bought the Japanese version and have easily dropped $150 (them card sellers are making a killing!) on songs. I cant wait for more songs to appear here so I dont need to jump hurdles. Hope to see the songs from test launch to appear on here soon, or have actual launch for us North Americans! PS: Konami, if you get the Japanese songs licensing sorted out for us stuck in North America, you wont believe how fast Ill say "shut up and take my money!"

Fun

Always played the one in vancity. Amazing. Cant wait until more songs come out or more like more free songs. So far so good. Just like the actual one in the arcade.

great app!

really fun! takes skill and practice to master. hope more free songs will be coming, and that jubeat will gain more recognition, like in hong kong and japan!

Need more japenese songs

Juke beat is a amazing game but the song is not enough Hoping have more konami music pack

Finally jubeat

Finally there is Jubeat for the west! I hope more song packs are released soon

Good, but needs more songs.

How many music packs are there in Japan? like 30? We need more.. Anyways, this App will turn your iPad into a portable Jubeat machine. A must have if you are a rhythm game fan.

Awesome!!

I love this game! I actually first got introduced to it by a friend who let me play it on his ipad, and the game actually influenced my decision to get one myself. Its not the only reason, but it definitely sweetened the deal. I was also already a really big fan of rhythm games, and its exciting to get a localized version of one that I can play at home! The game itself can be pretty difficult, but after a bit of practice it gets a lot more fun. There are plenty of songs withh easier difficulties that you can use to warm up and improve your skills. Its also nice to see konami song packs with songs from other well known games (there are at least one or two DDR songs that I recognize). The music is addicting! In short, this is a really fun game (though maybe a bit frustrating at first). I play it almost every day!
